About Bellmare Capital.
Plain-language research on small cap mining and resource companies on the TSX Venture Exchange and the Canadian Securities Exchange.
This part of the market is full of noise. Promotions talk in superlatives, headlines chase the commodity of the week, and the actual setup of a company gets lost. Bellmare Capital tries to do the opposite: explain how junior mining works, what moves each commodity, and what a company has actually disclosed.
Who publishes Bellmare
Bellmare Capital is published by Apollo Shareholder Relations, an investor relations, marketing and communications firm. Apollo is paid by public companies, including resource companies, for investor relations services. That is a conflict of interest, and we would rather you knew it up front.
Articles carry the byline Bellmare Capital Research. That is the Apollo team that researches, writes and checks Bellmare’s articles. There is no pen name and no invented author.
How sponsored coverage works
When an article covers a company that pays Apollo, it is labelled Sponsored above the headline. A disclosure block then says who paid, how much, in what form (cash or securities) and for what term, and whether Apollo or its people hold the company’s securities. The company has to have publicly disclosed its engagement of Apollo before any sponsored piece runs. Articles that are not sponsored never name a company that pays Apollo.
How we write
Everything is written in plain language and grounded in disclosed materials: company filings on SEDAR+, technical reports under NI 43-101, and dated public sources for commodity data. We do not use buy, sell or hold language, we do not publish price targets, and we do not predict share prices. Company spotlights follow a four-part framework that always includes the risks.
What we publish
Beginner Series guides explain the mechanics of junior mining and resource investing. Market Notes are shorter notes on one commodity or driver at a time. Company Spotlights are sponsored write-ups on individual TSXV and CSE issuers, labelled as above.
